1. About these terms
This website is operated by Printulk Limited, company number 16801490, of Unit 1 Winstanley Industrial Estate, Long Lane, Warrington, WA2 8PR. These terms govern use of the website. Separate quotation, order or contract terms may apply to products or services and will take precedence where expressly agreed.
2. Website use
You may use the website for lawful purposes and to obtain information or contact Printulk. You must not attempt to damage, interfere with, probe or misuse the website, its hosting, forms, security or other users’ access.
3. Website information
Printulk aims to keep website information clear and useful, but product categories, imagery, descriptions and availability are general marketing information unless confirmed in a specific quotation or order. Images may show demonstration label applications and are not a guarantee that every material, finish or configuration shown is available for every job.
4. Enquiries and quotations
Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract. A quotation is an invitation to discuss or proceed on the stated basis and is not binding beyond its stated terms unless and until a contract is formed through the applicable acceptance process. Pricing, quantities, lead times, artwork requirements, delivery and specifications should be confirmed in writing for the relevant job.
5. Product specifications and artwork
Customers are responsible for providing accurate requirements and for checking or approving customer-supplied wording, artwork, barcodes, data, warnings and regulated content. Where a label is intended for a particular product, surface, environment or regulatory purpose, those requirements should be disclosed before production so appropriate options can be discussed.
6. Availability and changes
Materials, finishes, production capacity and supply arrangements may change. Printulk may propose reasonable alternatives or updated lead times where a requested option is unavailable, but no substitution should be treated as accepted until agreed where the change is material to the order.
7. Prices, VAT and delivery
Website pages do not publish binding prices. Quotations should state the relevant commercial basis. VAT treatment, delivery charges, delivery method, risk and any other order-specific terms should be confirmed in the quotation or order documentation rather than inferred from this website.
8. Intellectual property
The website design, Printulk branding, original copy and local image assets are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Customer artwork and third-party intellectual property remain subject to the rights of their owners. You must have permission to supply and authorise use of any artwork, logos, trademarks, images or other protected material you provide for printing.
9. Third-party links and maps
The website may link to or embed third-party services, including Google Maps. Printulk is not responsible for the availability or content of third-party services and their terms and privacy policies apply separately.
10. Liability for website use
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, the website is provided for general information and enquiry purposes. Printulk is not responsible for losses caused solely by reliance on unconfirmed website information where a specification, quotation or professional assessment should reasonably have been obtained.
11. Events outside reasonable control
Where a contract is formed, events outside a party’s reasonable control may affect performance. Any specific force-majeure rights or obligations should be determined by the applicable contract terms and law.
12. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with the website Privacy Policy and related data-protection information.
13. Changes to these website terms
Printulk may update these website terms when the website, business practices or legal requirements change. The version published here applies to use of the website from the time it is published.
14. Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction subject to any mandatory rights that apply to a user and cannot lawfully be restricted.
